Join us for Beach Yoga
Each class has a different focus on strength, flexibility or relaxation, depending on the day, the weather and the dynamics.
All classes offer beginner to intermediate options.
Come along and experience how wonderful life feels with yoga.
Beach Yoga is friendly, non judgmental and helpful. We meet on the grass near The Pavillion restaurant Please bring a yoga mat or a towel, a water bottle and sunnies are optional.

Classes are taught by Monica Batiste
Cost $12.50 per class or $25 per week (no contract) You can pay cash at class or through EFT
Where: Southern lawn, Suttons beach, Margate, Redcliffe near Suttons Beach Pavillion Restaurant.
Bring: Yoga mat/towel, water
Wear: comfortable clothing, no shoes required
