Love Yoga Art A personal development program using Yoga, Positive language and Art to promote self esteem
Yoga is an empowering experience that can be used daily for the rest of your life. Yoga releases tension in the mind and body and leaves you feeling happy and relaxed. Movement is an integral part of who we are. Being able to move freely in the body encourages freedom in the mind. Freedom in the mind encourages freedom in the body. With Love Yoga Artwe use a combination of simple movements from Yoga, Brain Gym and Baroque music to create neural pathways, facilitate learning, improve balance, focus, and inner peace in people of all ages.
Language shapes character. The words we speak have the power to encourage or inspire others to reach their full potential. The Virtues Projectwas developed by Linda Kavelin Popov and Monica has worked with Linda to become a facilitator for this empowering program. Our program uses the language of the virtues to raise self esteem and build character in all ages. The Virtues Project has been acknowledged by the Dalai Lama for its promotion of peace and by Oprah Winfrey for its positive parenting strategies.
Art allows self expression, and consolidates learning, self esteem and confidence. Art-play supports children and adults to develop individuality and personal expression.
