KINDNESS with YOGA
KINDNESS
Kindness is the act of speaking or behaving in a way that shows caring and love. You can be kind to people, places or things. Kindness is love in action.
When you are kind to others, you use gentle hands for touch, and a gentle voice for speech. Kindness can be demonstrated no matter how you are feeling. Kindness is a universal symbol of love.
Our program includes what is kindness, what does it look like, how can you practise kindness, and activities to explore and grow kindness through words, creativity, and yoga.
Our innovative program combines emotional intelligence with yoga to build character, strong bodies, and healthy minds.
Emotional Intelligence helps children boost self-esteem, and expands the brains capacity to learn.
Neuroplasticity is how the brain changes according to thoughts, movement and activities. By including yoga with acknowledgment and reinforcement of character, you help your child change their brain and believe in their abilities and self.
Children with strong emotional intelligence have higher resilience to change, confidence in their abilities, and the capacity to know themselves.
Yoga grows healthy bodies and minds through natural movement, and helps the brain heal, learn, and grow. Yoga supports mindfulness, meditation, peace and calm.
